Kevin Crossfield is a Special Agent of the Bureau of Social Responsibility, Department A, Section 5, Draper City Apparat, assigned to duty in the Keleyat Administrative Zone.
Crossfield is one of the two agents that Avery Granitski chose to be his assistants once he moved from Section 1 to Section 5 of the Enemies Directorate. Crossfield has OA'd -- traced his "oldest ancestor" -- as far back as Scott Crossfield, a test pilot of the Pre-Atomic Age who flew the X-15 rocket plane to the edge of space. He is widely regarded by his fellow agents as something of an odd dog, which masks a quiet drive and a lack of fear.
