James Macarthur Crivelli is the Captain of the Fifth Precinct. He carries a 9mm Glock 17 police-issue service sidearm and but also has the old Smith & Wesson .38 Model 64 that he carried as a beat patrolman in his desk drawer.
He first appeared in "Bad Connection"* in Woman's World magazine, June 11, 2007.
